Email: hello@martenkoch.de
2. Hosting and server logs
This website runs on a server in the EU. When you open its pages, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type) in order to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
3. Contact form, callback request and price calculator
If you use the contact form, the callback request or the price calculator, I process the details you provide (name, email address or phone number, message and, where applicable, your selection in the price calculator) in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The details are stored on the server and also sent to me by email.
To send these emails I use the service Resend (Resend, Inc.) with processing in the EU region. Your data is processed there solely to deliver the enquiry.
4. Audience measurement without cookies
To understand which pages are read, the website counts page views with its own cookie-free measurement on my server. It stores the page requested, the domain of the referring website, whether a mobile device was used, the time and an identifier that looks random. This identifier is generated from the IP address and the browser identification using a key that changes every day; the IP address itself is not stored for this, and recognition is no longer possible on the following day. No cookies are set, no data is stored on your device and no data is passed on to third parties. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in evaluating usage in a data-minimising way (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, no measurement takes place.
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies and does not embed analytics or advertising services from third parties.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
For anything to do with your data, an informal email to hello@martenkoch.de is all it takes.
